I interpreted it as 'You Speak Mind To Mind-Not'. As in expressing a perspective to an audience without perspective. But I think that's because I've been writing all my poetry in the notes app instead of sharing it with other people-- so in a sense, it is for nobody and no mind.
But now that I'm thinking about it more, I think about how I've been trying to refrain from speaking my mind. As a result I've had to sit more with my own uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and my opinions and reactions, because I can't simply vent them or pass them on to somebody else. In that sense, it could be read 'You Speak Mind So You Don't Have To Mind.'
But that's just me speaking my mind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ dreams are interesting that way. They can mean so many things to so many different people.
