Every day I record my Wordle results — someday I’ll use the photos as a writer’s prompt — on days I feel particularly psychic — I get frustrated the game is over so fast
One of our new cohorts asked me — Would you call gate(less) a newsletter? Daily thoughts?
Strive to be thought(less) — or rather — to intersect with you where you are — this great field in which we live
The non-linear nature of what’s at stake here — sometimes scares away our linear selves
Around here — we strive to be an open door — filled with reminders — of how miraculous and extraordinary our lives are

Open Door

Eric Wargo — recently used the descriptor Synchronauts — as I wrote out the word Synchronaut — on my weekly Spotify Discover playlist a new band slotted in: The Shaolin Afronauts — How marvelous! @ least we know we are ‘naut’ alone

Yes — the world is beautifully and truly weird — I just realized the song is called “Scarab” Muhwahahaha!

CJ JUNG in his synchronicity monograph:

A young woman I was treating had, at a critical moment, a dream in which she was given a golden scarab. While she was telling me this dream, I sat with my back to the closed window. Suddenly I heard a noise behind me, like a gentle tapping. I turned round and saw a flying insect knocking against the window-pane from the outside. I opened the window and caught the creature in the air as it flew in. It was the nearest analogy to a golden scarab one finds in our latitudes, a scarabaeid beetle, the common rose-chafer (Cetonia aurata), which, contrary to its usual habits had evidently felt the urge to get into a dark room at this particular moment. I must admit that nothing like it ever happened to me before or since.

Much love,
