Herding Flies Con/Jur/d, 7/30/2025 It takes forever to get started no one but you, cares what you do, the zip zip zip BUZZ, oh yes, the low hum subsonic charts UNDULATING topographies yes, yes vermin spreading disease also cleaning up your mess YOUR MESS you're sympathetic first you were an adolescent driven by want, you wanted to be outside, looking for looking for, sure they told you what it wasn't, and what it was dressed it up in language, poor lens Bad filter for the EXPERIENCE of instinct for food, for sex hard not think it’s better than the WRIGGLE and then you're an ADULT prepping for a sudden death by bird, by canine jaw, by poison or maybe: SQUISH! SPLAT! You feel the vibrating exoskeleton between pointer/middle a lucky/unlucky swipe reminded of your recent brushes with industrial atomic age medicine ** isotopes with an affinity for your heart ** the slowly rotating MACHINE you let go -- the fly rushes for the closed window they don't THANK YOU rather like you, they start bouncing off the B bbB bb GLASS it's a kindness when you let them out or end them before they know, what happened, back to being UNBOUND.
