The moment is selfish

                      Now consumes the past and future
how we, eat it is of supreme importance
                      We tend to overindulge, biting
large chunks, forgetting to chew, barely masticating
	          Forgetting the flavors
salt          sweet         bitter        sour             umami

Our selfish moment forgets the palate, the one taste
                     digesting everything
