Leaving camp is always hard — afterward — many adults and children complain of a lassitude bordering on depression

After creatives week — it seems harder than the usual ‘Winter mood’ — does anyone remember the wilderness philosopher — Leslie (???) who spoke about responses to ecstatic experiences (Such as solo wilderness camping) as following a seasonal reaction — Joy, overabundance, a calming followed by winter’s depression?

In the corner of the art shop — I sat zazen on the last morning — The self-made funeral playlist Sakamoto made to be played at his funeral is gorgeous — if you use Spotify I recommend checking the above list out

Trying to let go but mysteriously not succeeding
