Please elaborate. Do you mean they were high on life? And if so, what would be undesirable about that?
I was rather enamored with the picture. My father's face flushed his mouth opened in a braying 😂. They were easily swayed off of baseline by small amounts. Sometimes that baseline could be described as high. But mostly not so much.
I liked the pic myself. Looked like a great time. 😀
