“I used Shitake, not Oyster” What I wanted to share, from one mycophile to another, especially when your cooking for a mycophobe, is my mushroom sauce recipe: Mixed mushrooms (This time I use a pound of just shitake) baked in aluminum foil or Mixed mushrooms (This time I use a pound of just shitake) baked in aluminum foil or lidded container with tahini, a little extra salt (sometimes garlic cloves & EVOO), and bake @ 350-400 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
