Sunday sore

Worked out on Thursday and then straight to the boat with large hops on and off — and a broken bottom stair means my legs are dutifully sore

Our neighbor at the dock really seemed to have the sailing cruising life dialed in at 8 am

Our extensive repair job on the bottom step failed — I’m glad it happened while we were in our berth — rather than out on the lake

It’s a good kind of sore — Zen refers to it as the “the circle of moonlight”

Everything at every moment right now
