We start with Christmas Brunch — feasting on boxing day — when we could get together — sure I took shortcuts but the eggs —compote — waffles — bacon — and Latvian Klingers were handmade — although Tracy made the Klingers — my Yule gift

And then we’re off — on medium boil eggs — decorated with handcrafted rosemary salt and one of the hot sauces you saw on the table in Exhibit 0
