On the way back my arch collapsed — now that’s getting better but I have developed a strange phantom tingling — tremble in the leg — my hypochondria is in high gear

Again — the ground does not feel stable

I’m sure it doesn’t help — I don’t leave the house for days

When I was in my early 20s — I came to understand curses — even my friends expected me to die — so I learned the art of protection

Although — it’s hard to guard against voices implanted early — without consent
